What Affiliation With IMADRI Means
IMADRI network affiliation is a professional partnership — not an employment relationship. Affiliates remain fully independent practitioners who choose to operate within the IMADRI framework and benefit from its global reach.
IMADRI Methodology
Affiliates are trained in and apply the Culturally Matched Mediation™ framework — a structured approach to dispute resolution that accounts for cultural context, communication styles, and cross-border legal norms.
Referral Network Access
Affiliates receive case referrals from IMADRI's global client base, including corporations, law firms, government agencies, and NGOs seeking culturally fluent dispute resolution professionals in specific regions.
Co-Branding & Credentialing
Affiliates may identify as IMADRI Network Members, use the IMADRI brand in professional materials (subject to standards), and access IMADRI's continuing education resources and thought leadership platform.
Independent Practice
Affiliation with IMADRI is not an employment relationship. Network members remain independent professionals, maintaining their own practices and client relationships while operating within the IMADRI quality framework.
No Employment Relationship
IMADRI network members are independent professionals. Affiliation does not create an employer-employee relationship. You maintain full control of your practice, your clients, and your schedule — while gaining access to IMADRI's methodology, brand, and international referral network.
Who We Are Looking For
IMADRI seeks credentialed mediators, attorneys, and conflict resolution professionals in our expansion markets who bring deep cultural knowledge and a commitment to impartial, effective dispute resolution.
- Credentialed mediators with a minimum of 40-hour accredited mediation training and active practice
- Attorneys and legal professionals with experience in ADR, commercial disputes, or cross-border matters
- Conflict resolution professionals with demonstrated cultural competency in their region
- Professionals fluent in English plus at least one additional language relevant to their market
- Individuals with deep knowledge of the local legal, business, and cultural landscape
- Those who share IMADRI's commitment to neutrality, confidentiality, and culturally intelligent practice
